Three New Middle School Neighborhood Centers are required with social services included in each complex with after school programs developing the whole family. These centers should help to establish new neighborhoods: An Expanded Martin Luther Middle School, A new Chandler Middle School at Dove Street  and A new Boushall Middle School relocated adjacent to new shopping along an extended Bellemede Road to McGuire VA Medical Center.

A New Shockoe Valley North  Park acting as a new Eastern Gateway to Richmond and giving value to adjacent hilltops and respecting the environmental "green way system" must be included in the new neighborhood master plans. 

A new Muti use Athletic facility acting as a new Western Gateway  to Richmond with pedestrian friendly shopping extending the Boulevard Museum District to  I-95 should be included in a neighborhood master plan.

These projects from discussions with Citizens should be GIVEN EQUAL STRATEGIC ATTENTION.   As Mayor I will promote all Citizen based iniatives and will develop the PEOPLES MASTER PLAN.
