The first step in turning this City around is to give Citizens confidence that their tax dollars are being strategically spent. Then investment will occur. We must first all be working from the same strategic plan. All employees for the city must understand their role and be committed to strategic initiatives while offering efficient means to get there.  Response time  is every thing.
As mayor  Mr. Williams will further the Richmond Works Initiative, so the average citizen can tract city services, approved budget time tables and even police response time. Government services, budgets and actual delivered services will be transparent and accessible by all.
